How fast will someone answer the phone?

Can you come outside of operating hours for true emergencies?
Sometimes — call and ask. Standard hours are Monday 9 AM–8 PM and Tuesday–Sunday 9 AM–9 PM, but for genuine emergencies (post-break-in, locked-out-on-the-Strip-at-2-AM) we will try to dispatch when available. Best to call.

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH for commercial contract clients. We issue receipts at the job site.
Do you offer free estimates?
For most residential and small-commercial work, yes — over the phone or on-site at no charge. Vault, TL-rated commercial, and probate work requires an on-site inspection before quoting; the inspection visit is free.
