Locksmith & Safe Service for Banks, Credit Unions & Jewelry

Financial-vertical locksmith work is the most documented work we do. Every cylinder rotation has a dual-control witness. Every combination change has a custody log. Every safe service has a UL-rating verification step. We are trained on the vault and ATM lines that banks and credit unions actually use, and we deliver work that survives a federal examination.

Why choose us for this vertical

The rationale

Bank and credit-union locksmith service is a small, specialized field — fewer than a dozen technicians in the Las Vegas Valley are trained on Group-1 locks and TL-rated vaults. We are one of them. Every engagement is documented for your examination file: pre-service condition, work performed, post-service condition, witness signatures, UL-rating preservation notes. We do not subcontract financial-vertical work. The technician who arrives is the technician who finishes — and that technician carries the documentation kit and the manufacturer-specific tools that make the difference between a 60-minute non-destructive open and a four-hour drilling event.

Frequently asked

Vendor & engagement FAQ

Are you trained on Group-1 locks?

Yes — manipulation, dial repair, combination change on S&G 8400/8500, LaGard 4040, Mas Hamilton X-09/X-10, and the major vault dial lines. Manufacturer training certificates on request.

Do you follow dual-control protocol?

Always. Every combination change has two authorized institution representatives present, with custody documented. We do not retain combinations beyond the service event.

Can you service an ATM cabinet?

Yes — NCR, Diebold Nixdorf, Hyosung override key replacement and cabinet lock service. Cassette/dispenser service handled by your ATM vendor; we cover the cabinet itself.

What if a vault needs drilling?

Drilling a TL-rated vault is a last-resort decision with UL-rating implications. We exhaust non-destructive options (manipulation, dial-reading, autodialer where applicable) before drilling. Drilling requires written authorization from the Operations Officer or Security Director, and we coordinate UL-rating preservation before work begins.

Do you have references from other financial institutions?

On request, with appropriate confidentiality protections. References typically span credit union and community-bank branches in the Las Vegas Valley.
