Are you on the approved vendor list for Strip properties?

We hold LVMPD locksmith permits and carry the bonding and insurance levels typical of Strip-tier vendor requirements. Setting up master service agreement and W-9 takes about one business week.

Can you work overnight third shift?

Yes — most corridor work happens 11 PM – 7 AM to minimize guest disruption. We schedule overnight blocks separately from same-day dispatch.

Do you carry liability for vault contents?

Our liability insurance covers damage we cause. We do NOT take custody of contents; the property retains chain-of-custody throughout. For high-value vault work we coordinate with the property loss-prevention team in advance.

What if you cannot open a hospitality safe?

We will tell you on the phone whether the safe model is in our scope. If we attempt and cannot resolve non-destructively, we coordinate with the safe manufacturer service line before drilling — and any drilling requires written authorization from the Director of Engineering or Security.
