Can we get a portfolio-wide rate sheet?

Yes. We provide a flat-rate per-unit schedule (single deadbolt, deadbolt + knob, smart-lock install, etc.) for portfolios of 10+ units. The schedule locks for 12 months from contract signing.

Do you bill NET-30?

Yes for portfolios of 25+ units or properties under master service agreement. New accounts begin on per-job billing for the first 60 days; NET-30 activates after.

What is the turnaround for a tenant move-out rekey?

Standing weekly accounts: completed by end of business the following day after move-out is reported. Ad-hoc: same-day if requested before 2 PM, otherwise next business day.

Do you handle post-eviction work?

Yes — only after coordination with the constable or sheriff providing documentation of the eviction order. We rekey or replace cylinders, document the work, and provide receipts for legal recordkeeping.

Can you replace smart-lock batteries portfolio-wide?

Yes — for portfolios using Schlage Encode, Yale Assure, or August across multiple units, we offer scheduled battery + firmware-check service.
